The Kindness Club: Week 26 Prompt
It has been a really long time, 15 weeks long, since my last Kindness Club prompt. I don’t know exactly why I have been absent for so long especially since I really believe in the amazing power of kindness.
So I am back. The last Kindness Club prompt was to repay an act of kindness to someone who has shown you kindness. This week’s prompt is something a bit harder, something that many people have a problem with.
This week’s prompt is to let someone help you.
I am not talking about things that you would normally let people help you with. I am talking about really letting go and accepting help from someone for something you can use help with.
One thing I have been learning the past few months is that if you want to know how to truly give, you need to learn to how to receive, not just how to give. It sounds a lot easier to do than it is.
Write a blog post about your kindness experiences. Or you can choose to capture the spirit of the weekly prompt in a photograph ala Tara Cain’s Gallery at Sticky Fingers.
Come back on Sunday to link up your posts and pictures in the comments section.

I love this prompt! I find it very difficult to receive without feeling I have to reciprocate. But I get very frustrated when people I know do the same
My mum used to tell me to accept gifts with grace and give to others when I could. \She was so right ..made everyone happy x
